The challenges
The new challenges of Public Administration are infinite, the constant humanitarian crisis, wars, the globalization, are changing the society. Today one of the most important challenges is the time, to manage, to act, to resolve all kind of circumstances. The point is how the technology could help us to achieve these goals more quickly, because in private business it’s possible.
The questions
What kind of response, how can we help, which are the needs, how many times, and so on?
The Answers
The recurrent thoughts are that we need to align and define a new path to fight against monopolies, Governments need
to serve equal opportunities and distribute wealth. Different perspectives and experiences about the same problem,
it’ll help us to resolve better these challenges. With the perspective of SDG, we can change our world, from the
beginning of the value chain, changing society, economy, education, basics like food and water, and fighting against the
pollution, and preserving the nature and our ecosystems, preventing natural disaster and the carbon fingerprint. These
items must be the priority in our list.
But It’s not the best solution, but whether it must combine with the proposal to reduce the “time-to-market”. The needs
must be covered in a short period of time, from the forecast and the anticipation to development all kind of helpful.
The next years will be critical to achieve or to improve the service’s vocation of public administration.

Now, let me show some items to work.
Technology as a bridge:
The digital or no digital services must be based on technology, but not all services can be digital. It’s needed to define a hybrid service between human and technology. Both taxonomy of services: people-for-people (P4P), and the new administration-for-citizen (A4C). The second one is a superset that contain both things. It can possess a big tool chain to invest less money and develop, it’s the MPV (Minimum Product Viable), this prototyped is like private business based on GAANF, FAANG phenomenon. Pilots, partial improves with new features are some the ingredients to develop and development new platform of services.
Data as “axis mundi”
Data-centric pattern and different kind of architectures must be trust, accessible, flexible, and elastic
. The edge
between public or private data is a complex balance that evolves all players that manage, get, store, the most important
in this new culture surrounding the digital services. Inner this key point, whole public data must be sharing to their
citizens because transparency is the cornerstone in this point of view. The next step must be about to develop
competitiveness and wealthy.
From the citizens to citizens, public administration and private business must be join forces creating new value services. European Union are working in these ways of developing.
In my opinion: - “This is the way”
This summary is about the survivor’s succeed, it’s like the film and series about Star Wars “Saga”. Don’t put off your helmet and work hard – the next generations and the future are in our hands to modelled it.
All innovation and transformation are related with the present and future of digital services and in the next post, I’ll continue writing to develop my ideas with personal interviews to friends and colleagues.
